Return and Refund Policy – Techzo

By using our website, products, or technical services, you agree to the following Return Policy, which is considered an integral part of Techzo Technical Solutions’ Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1- Scope of the Policy

  1. This policy applies to contracts, services, and digital products ordered through our website or official channels.

  2. Our services are intended for the business, commercial, and governmental sectors, and refund details may vary depending on the type of service and the nature of the contract.

2- Cancellation Request Before Commencement of Execution

  1. The client has the right to request cancellation of the service before any execution work begins (analysis, design, preparation, installation, programming) after the payment has been made.

  2. In such cases, the request will be reviewed, and if approved, the paid amount will be refunded in full or in part after deducting any applicable banking or administrative fees (if any). The client will be informed of the refundable amount before confirming the cancellation.

3- After the start of execution

  1. In the event that project-related work has commenced (such as analysis, requirements preparation, design, programming, installation, or system configuration), Techzo reserves the right to deduct the value of the work that has been completed up to the date of the cancellation request.

  2. The value of the completed work is assessed based on the project phases outlined in the technical and financial proposal or in the contract signed with the client.

  3. If a significant portion of the work has been completed or the main part of the service has already been delivered, a refund may not be possible, and this will be clearly communicated to the client.

4- Digital Products and Services

  1. For digital products (such as software licenses, platform setups, digital subscriptions, self-service system configurations, or any software activated for the client), refunds are not available after activation or delivery, except in cases where a fundamental defect prevents the use of the service and the company is unable to resolve it within a reasonable period of time.

  2. If it is proven that there is a fundamental defect originating from the product itself and it cannot be fixed, the client will have the option to either:

    • Replace the service/product with an equivalent one (if available), or

    • Refund part or all of the amount, depending on the nature of the case and in agreement with the client.

5- Advance Payments and Deposits

  1. Any amounts paid as a down payment or deposit are allocated for reserving resources and initiating work procedures, and may be non-refundable if the project is canceled by the client without a reason attributable to Techzo, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

  2. Techzo reserves the right—upon approving the refund—to deduct the value of the work already completed or any commitments made for the benefit of the project.

6- Services Provided Through Third Parties

  1. Some services may rely on external service providers (such as hosting, payment gateways, app stores, or licenses for third-party systems).

  2. Any amounts paid to external service providers are subject to their own refund policies and may not be refundable through Techzo, and the client will be informed of this when necessary.

7- Refund Request Procedure

  1. The client must submit a formal refund request within a period not exceeding 7 business days from the occurrence of the reason they consider justifiable for the refund (such as a major defect, significant non-conformity, or an unjustified delay in execution).

  2. The refund request must be sent via email to
    info@techzo-sa.com including the following information:

    • Name and organization/company details

    • Mobile number and preferred method of contact

    • Invoice number, contract number, or service request number

    • A clear description of the reason for the refund request

    • Any supporting attachments (correspondence, images, reports, etc.)

  3. Techzo will review the request and respond to the client within no more than 5 business days from the date the complete request is received.

8- Refund Processing Time

  1. If the refund is approved in full or in part, the refund process will be carried out within an estimated period of 7 to 14 business days, depending on bank procedures and the payment method used.

  2. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used whenever possible, unless another suitable method is agreed upon with the client.

9- Cases in Which Refunds Are Not Eligible

  1. A change of mind by the client after a substantial part of the work has been completed or after the service has been delivered in accordance with the agreed specifications.

  2. The client’s inability to benefit from the service due to factors beyond Techzo’s responsibility (such as the client’s lack of required infrastructure, delays in obtaining official approvals, or malfunctions in systems belonging to third parties).

  3. A breach of any of the terms and conditions stated in the contract or on our website.

10- General Provisions

  1. Techzo reserves the right to update or modify the refund policy from time to time, and any changes will be published on this page.

  2. In the event of any conflict between this policy and any written and signed contract with the client, the terms of the contract shall prevail.

  3. This policy is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts within the Kingdom.
